Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL for an Accountant.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in accounting software (Yardi)
Experience in Construction/Development and Residential is a must
Experience in financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and account reconciliation
Budgeting and financial analysis skills
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
