Job Description
Filing and organizing of all expenses, receipts, and invoices from vendors.
Recording of financial transactions in the accounting system (Quickbooks).
Assist with inventory control and analysis
Assist with cost/profitability analysis on individual products and projects
Assist with data entry and financial analysis
Provide general office and executive administrative support, as applicable.
Requirements
Bilingual (Spanish and English)
Experience in Quickbooks
