We are looking for an accounts receivable/billing clerk with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel experience. This is a full-time in person/office position.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Billing, emailing invoices and preparing bank deposits.
Collecting on past due accounts
Assist with administrative tasks on an as needed basis.
Keeping financial information confidential.
Working independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic knowledge in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Prior experience working in accounting or bookkeeping a plus
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong multitasking abilities
Have a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
