Job Description:
We are a growing medical billing company based in Doral, FL, seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner, proficient on the computer, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. We value individuals who are well-organized, work well in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality, especially in regard to HIPAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and track accounts receivable for our medical billing clients.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
Maintain accurate records of payments and account statuses.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve any billing issues.
Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Minimum of a high school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Previous experience in medical billing or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are fully equipped to excel in this role.
