Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records with precision
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial reports
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
Prepare financial statements and reports for management
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure all records comply with legal and tax requirements
Qualifications:
Expertise in QuickBooks (Required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong internet and technology skills
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Experience handling sensitive financial data with discretion
Minimum 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
References required
