P/t bookkeeper, organizer and personal assistant needed to help me execute and stay on top of my personal and investment finances, as well as various clerical and health/auto/homeowner's insurance work.
Candidate must have exceptional organizational, labeling and location-glossary skills, compulsive at following-up, exceptionally price-conscious and excellent price/rate shopper.
Must have knowledge of GAAP bookkeeping principles and be competent in QuickBooks, as well as generating reports as needed.
Proper English necessary.
Experience working with CPAs (occasional contact).
This work takes place in my home office in North Miami Beach. Close to Aventura, Hollywood, and greater Miami locations.
Monday and Wednesday mornings. If you are available on Sundays, we can work Sunday into our schedule too. A possible extra day may sometimes be needed.
