Handle the full cycle of accounting duties and all of a company's banking needs, including reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow.
Responsibilities and Duties
Full cycle Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger
Process payroll for 300+ employees biweekly.
Cost accounting.
Assistance and support on preparation of financial statements for CPA
Keep bank transactions up to date.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of accounting office experience
Strong QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational skills
Critical thinking.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Knowledge of Win team a plus
