Florida Fine Cars is looking for a mature, experienced clerical cashier with GREAT PEOPLE SKILLS, full of energy and GREAT attitude as well as high work ethics that can get the job done right the FIRST time and EVERY time! Preferably experienced in an Auto Dealer setting or service department, but not mandatory.
THE SCHEDULE FOR THIS POSITION ITS FROM WEDNESDAY -SUNDAY
Wednesday -Thursday in Miami Store from 8am-2pm
Friday-Saturday in Margate Store from 10am-7pm
Sunday in Margate Store 10am-5pm
We currently have an opportunity available for a Traveling cashier/ customer service, 2 days would be working in our Miami location and 3 days in our Margate location Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.
Cashier, will processes monetary and credit card transactions as well as completes and closes repair orders for the dealership’s clients.
Job Responsibilities
Assists receptionist with phone calls
Prints repair orders, parts invoices, bills, itemized lists, and tickets showing amount due
Incoming and outbond Fed Ex's packages
Sending eversig documents to Customers
Call customers to send car key spares
Records amounts received and prepare cash reports of transactions
Balances cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift
Maintains records of daily transaction documentation
Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts
Create RO's for
