Main Duties:
Material and cost control per job
Follow-up on purchase orders and material requests
Inventory control (materials, tools, and equipment)
Invoice, credit, and repair cost tracking
Price comparison and cost support
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish – MANDATORY.
Experience in material or cost control
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented
Construction experience is a plus
(firestopping, fireproofing, demolition, core drilling, insulation, intumescent painting, concrete cutting)
Police background check required.
