Concrete restoration, exterior, façade, and waterproofing projects stemming from 558 claims, milestone inspections, and the recertification process outlined in SB-4D
Owner’s representation services for communities ranging from garden-style townhomes to high-rise towers
Forensic evaluations and building assessments related to insurance claims, 558 claims, and litigation support
Consulting services, including scopes of work, cost of repairs, sufficiency of settlement analysis, and expert testimony
