Job Responsibilities:
As a Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment.
Key duties include:
Greeting and assisting residents, guests, and visitors.
Managing building access and monitoring security.
Handling package and delivery coordination.
Assisting residents with inquiries, and special requests.
Maintaining knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and services in the area.
Responding to emergency situations and reporting incidents promptly.
Communicating effectively with property management and maintenance teams.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role.
Bilingual, English and Spanish preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Familiarity with property management software is a plus (e.g., Yardi, BuildingLink).
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required.
