Job Title: Phone Sales Representative/Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound sales calls and respond to customer inquiries
Manage and reply to customer messages from multiple sales platforms (website, eBay, emails, Amazon)
Assist local customers with orders and questions
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, e-commerce platforms)
Customer service experience preferred
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Familiarity with automotive parts or modules is a plus, but not required
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
