Job Description:
As Customer Service and Assistance Manager, you will be responsible for leading our customer service team and providing the best possible support to our consumers. You will be in charge of managing client questions, resolving issues, and improving the overall customer experience. Your leadership will be critical in creating a positive and productive workplace atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficient and successful service delivery.
- Create delivery routes for local deliveries-Scan all documents- Send daily and delivery reports- Report all damages to the Claims department
- Create and implement customer service rules and procedures to improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Respond to escalating customer inquiries and concerns.
- Communicate with the sales team and manager to ensure a smoothprocess for customers' solutions.
- Work with other departments, including sales and warehouse, to provide a consistent client experience.
- Stay current on product knowledge and great and assist great customer service for walk-in customers.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service management, ideally in the retail or furniture sectors.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A problem-solving approach with a priority on client satisfaction.
- Excel experience and computer savy- Speak English and Spanish
