We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. Must be licensed with the state with a 215 or 220 in HEALTH, LIFE or VARIBLE ANNUITY .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, and work directly with our sales team to accomplish your weekly goals.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer support
- Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Maintain a tidy and organized office environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and using CRM software
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and quickly
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in outbound calling is a plus
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
