In this role, you will be the friendly, calming voice that provides peace of mind to our customers dealing with a variety of issues - from delayed shipments to damaged goods. Your natural rapport and ability to diffuse tense situations will be invaluable.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat
Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers
Quickly assess problems, propose solutions, and follow through to resolution
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the moving or brokerage industry
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and conflict resolution
Reliable method of transportation and history of punctuality
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
