Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, part-time assistant to join our team. This role spans responsibilities across our e-commerce businesses, offering a diverse and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will bring a "jack of all trades" mentality and the capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform Administrative Duties: Handle a variety of administrative tasks including documentation, filing, and maintaining records to support the smooth operation of our businesses.

Answer Customer Service Calls/Emails: Provide high-quality customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, professional interaction at all times. Respond Via Voice and email.

Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels, organize stock, and ensure that all items are accounted for and properly stored.

Update Web Presence: Occasionally update websites

Handle Scheduling and Sales Calls: Manage scheduling for the team, arrange sales calls, and coordinate with clients and vendors to facilitate ongoing projects.

Coordinate Logistics for Shipments: Organize and manage the logistics for delivering our products, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Manage Requests and Queries: Efficiently handle incoming requests and queries to ensure responsive and considerate communication with clients and partners.

Schedule Meetings and Appointments: Organize and maintain a calendar of meetings and appointments, ensuring all engagements are timely and well-coordinated, and that participants make their meetings.

Edit Podcasts: Learn and execute podcast editing, enhancing the quality and reach of our multimedia content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and Notion.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to get involved in hands-on tasks.

Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
