Inbound CSR I
Serve as an initial point of contact for inquiries and concerns taking inbound calls.
Provide support for existing and prospective clients via inbound telephone calls.
Resolve concerns for our clients in the following industries: Retail, Finance, IT and Hospitality and many more.
Identify cross-sell opportunities and make referrals as appropriate.
Display patience and empathy
Provide knowledgeable, friendly, and eloquent customer service support.
Requirements
Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
Achieve all pre-work assessments and training certification with a minimum score of 98%
Have a quiet space in your home to take incoming calls. Free from distractions.
