MOVING COMPANY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP NEEDED
Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others? Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to address concerns or service issues promptly and effectively.
- Provide accurate pickup and delivery ETA information to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email and phone.
- Assist customers with onboarding processes and answer any questions they may have.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Requirements:
- Must have means of transportation for commuting to work.
- Reliable availability Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
