If you are the Office Admin Assistant we are looking for, you will. . .
Be able to follow directions
Be able to organize and maintain a functional administrative office
Have great computer skills with emails, office (word, adobe, pdf editing, etc)
MUST be highly skilled with Adobe PDF’s (editing, merging &; organizing)
Be highly skilled with Micorsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Be task oriented and a quick learner
MUST have high attention to detail
Be passionate about organizing and making sure things are done right
A positive attitude & mindset
Pay $18-hr
