Requirements:
We are looking for a sales expert with a strong background in hospitality. The essence of this role lies in harnessing the power of sales experience to promote booking engines and solutions that drive direct sales for hotels, hotel chains, and other tourist accommodations. Success in this position not only opens doors in the hospitality industry but also paves the way for expansion into untapped markets.
Must have:
- A university degree in Tourism, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Proven expertise and experience in the tourism/hotel industry.
- A robust network of business contacts within the tourism/hotel sector and technology companies.
- Demonstrated experience in expanding business in new markets.
- Strong budgeting skills.
- Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
- Preferred: Business- To- Usiness sales experience in professional services and technology solutions.
- Native- Level proficiency in American English.

Responsibilities:
- Market Exploration: Identify and assess new markets to gauge their potential for expansion.
- Strategic Market Development: Drive market growth in emerging regions with a well- Crafted strategic plan.
- Performance Oversight: Maintain continuous control over results, budgets, and business development within the designated region.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate, support, and sustain partnerships within the region.
- Proactive Sales: Seek out fresh sales opportunities and onboard new clients while collaborating with the team to tailor strategies to client needs.
- Data Management: Prepare statistics and reports and maintain the CRM (Salesforce) as well as conduct market research.
- Brand Presence: Increase brand visibility by participating in trade fairs, roadshows, and events to represent the company.
- Market Insights: Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market research insights.
- Promotional Documentation: Contribute to the creation of promotional materials to support sales.
- Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate with the expansion manager to craft a strategic expansion plan based on market potential and company requirements.
- Lease Management: Oversee existing lease contracts, renegotiate terms upon expiration, and secure their renewal.
- Cross- Functional Collaboration: Actively and effectively engage with relevant departments at our headquarters.
