KSI Auto Parts is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our teams call center. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking incoming calls from customers to place their orders for Collision parts. The representative will use various applications and screens to process orders, research parts when necessary, and provide accurate and efficient service to customers. The representative will need to have strong communication and computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Position Responsibilities:· Answer incoming calls from customers regarding Collision parts orders· Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate service to customers· Navigate multiple applications and screens to process orders· Use online resources to research parts when necessary· Ensure orders are accurately entered into the system· Provide tracking information to customers when needed· Follow up with customers regarding order status· Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner· Meet or exceed call center performance metrics including average handle time, quality scores, and customer satisfaction· Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times· Perform other duties as assigned as business needs change
