Support change management efforts to drive technology adoption for large system implementation projects such as ServiceNow, AWS, Workday, Oracle, or others
Develop and execute full lifecycle change management activities, including change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder engagement, communications, training development, and training and workshop facilitation
Manage and mentor junior staff
Participate in firm initiatives and professional development opportunities
Assist with proposal activities and business development as needed

Completed bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
5 years of overall professional experience
3 years of relevant professional experience in change management, organizational design, culture, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, change transformation, strategic communications, training development, or other related disciplines
Prior relevant experience driving OCM for technology adoption for large system implementations, such as ServiceNow, AWS, Workday, Oracle, or others
Travel up to 75%
Preferred:
ProSci change management certification or other relevant OCM certification
Experience with Adobe Captivate or other similar platforms
Prior management consulting experience
