Responsibilities
Process Level 1front line verifications by trusting player identities
Ensure all KYC information and documentation are collected within the prescribed time frame
Review documentation related to identity verification to ensure guest accounts are created successfully
Assist with other verification screenings, including geolocation, deposits, and withdrawal of funds.
Conduct daily reviews of wagering activity to detect and prevent fraudulent activity and suspicious behavior
Qualifications
Minimum of 1-3 years of of AML experience
Understanding of gaming and payment processes
Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail
Competence with Zendesk and Microsoft Office Suitea plus
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working in an environment where both individual and team goals are met or exceeded routinely
