In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering top-tier customer service, assisting patients, healthcare providers, and others with their inquiries, and maintaining accurate records related to medical services.Responsibilities:
Assist patients and healthcare providers with inquiries via phone, email, and text, demonstrating a success-driven attitude at all times.
Use the customer relationship management tool to thoroughly research inquiries and document all customer interactions related to medical services.
Take a proactive approach in understanding the medical services we offer to provide the best-in-class service.
Handle patient credit applications with precision and efficiency, ensuring all data entry is accurate and compliant with medical industry standards.
Maintain and monitor patient credit records, ensuring proper actions are taken when necessary.
Demonstrate multitasking abilities, such as navigating medical applications while speaking with customers, reading, and typing.
Collect and analyze patient information to prepare detailed reports related to medical products and services.
Issue replacements or schedule follow-up appointments as needed, focusing on resolving patient issues and taking ownership of these tasks.
Answer inbound calls and manage both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
Exhibit excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, using clear diction, tone, and proper grammar in all patient and healthcare provider interactions.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word for creating, editing, and formatting customer-related documents.

Ability to effectively schedule appointments, optimizing time and resource management.
