Description Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk for a valued client in the Miami area. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for entering and updating information into the company's database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into various systems and databases.
Verify and correct data as needed.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security of data.
Perform regular data audits and generate reports.
Assist with administrative tasks as required.
Ensure data entry tasks are completed within deadlines.
Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management are a plus.
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with databases.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
