Respond to IT support queries through phone, email, and chat.
Deliver technical support, problem identification, and problem-solving related to hardware and software elements of computer systems.
Manage and maintain protocols of Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Undertake user and group administration within Active Directory, including policy-makers and permissions.
Troubleshoot and remedy VoIP connectivity and performance issues.
Handle critical user access issues, application installation, system start-up, and external equipment.
Systematically log all user interactions and technical problem resolutions in the company's tracking system.
Regularly update your technical knowledge to deal with common issues and elaborate procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
The ability to comfortably cooperate and engage with multiple teams.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Office 365, VoIP, and Active Directory.
Proven experience in a Desktop Support role or alike customer support roles.
Superior problem-solving skills and the capability to manage critical situations.
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related discipline.
