Being a partner to the communities that surround us – and the environment that sustains us – are top priorities.We would love to hear from you if you are passionate about personal and professional growth and see yourself as a key player contributing to our continued success as an award-winning company.Here’s the Scoop - SummaryThe Director, U.S. e-Commerce Sales will develop, foster, and maintain relationships with key e-commerce accounts and potential partners identified by our Sales Management. This person is directly responsible for managing sales, marketing, and supporting activities for applicable accounts. This person is directly responsible for managing sales and marketing by understanding and supporting their business and inspiring them and upholding Champion’s incredible reputation.This is a remote position requiring some travel and the position reports directly to the CCO. Reporting to this role would be two Strategic Account Managers.What a typical day looks like:

Direct accountability for managing U.S. eComm sales, achieving goals and targets as established with the CCO.

Manage and penetrate assigned customers at all levels and develop relationships that enable achievement of plans and objectives.

Manage sales team associates including mentoring, establishing and reviewing performance objectives.

Forecasting of sales volume on a monthly and annual basis using customer, syndicated, and proprietary CPF software and data.

Oversight of trade funds, activities, and budgets that impact volume.

Collaborate with our Digital Marketing team to develop and execute plans designed to outpace category trends.

Analysis of all available data to include syndicated (e.g. Nielsen), customer portal, distributor-to-store shipments, consumer, pricing, etc. to generate business-building customer insights.

Lead joint business planning exercises and quarterly business reviews.

Monitor contractual compliance, including but not limited to, merchandising, pricing, product, and promotion.

Compile and review quantitative sales data and react rapidly to changing trends or new competitive threats and opportunities. Have a close pulse on environment and proactively have plans to support mutual growth.

Communication and coordination of customer needs with CPF Operations to ensure superior customer service.

Attend designated trade shows and events as needed.

Travel as required up to 25% of role.

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

5+ years related work experience equivalent combination of education and experience that indicates an established track record in a Sales Management role.

Experience with strategic e-comm retailers is an asset.

Flexibility to travel at least 25% of the time within the USA.

Strong Leadership/Team Player skills and abilities to apply strategic thinking, execute effectively and build strong teams.

Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting, and reporting.

Ability to analyze performance data, assess results, and craft educated recommendations

Problem solving abilities to manage abstract and/or concrete variables.

Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe products and Microsoft outlook.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Extended hours of work, as necessary.
