Content Management: Input and update product information, images, and descriptions on the website using our content management system (CMS).
Campaign Updates: Manage content updates for promotions, new product launches, and seasonal changes.
Merchandising Execution: Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility, increase sales, and improve customer engagement.
Quality Assurance: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of all website content.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align website content with promotional campaigns and brand messaging.
Website Monitoring: Regularly audit the website for content errors, broken links, and outdated information, rectifying issues promptly.
SEO Optimization: Assist in optimizing product content for search engines in coordination with the marketing team.
Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the eCommerce Experience Manager to enhance the online shopping journey.
Best Practices: Stay updated on eCommerce content management best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce content management or a similar role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., Contentful,CommerceTools, Shopify).
Basic understanding of SEO principles and practices.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
