Job Title: Entry Level Accounting Opportunity!Job Description
Process banking reports for returned banking transactions such as NSF, ISF, closed accounts, and uncollected funds.
Provide management with collection alerts through the Total Track system and document all actions taken to complete the alert.
Request updates and credit evaluation reports from Credit Underwriting and manage over-threshold limits.
Prepare reconciliations upon client requests.
Review the Aging Report to process client refunds, credits, or overpayments.
Prepare manual ACH debits for clients on special payment terms, including those processing payrolls on pre-wire transfer terms with outstanding balances after initial receipt of funds.
