Facilities Coordinator

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with Facilities Manager to handle routine property management operations, including: Procurement of property supplies and services, including issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service/construction contracts, processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables. Job Responsibilities:Relationship Management Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfaction. Compliance Support compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and procedures.Administrative Function Manage payments to vendors where applicable, using available systems, complying with all relevant policies. Timely and accurate review and approval of all vendor invoices; follow up and close-out of invoices where discrepancies are identified. Work with team members to identify and respond to any financial or budgeting related issues. Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary. Ensure compliance within delegated financial and contractual authorities. Processing of Purchase Orders. Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings. Skills & Qualifications:Skills and knowledge Superior customer service skills and orientation Ability to always maintain professionalism under stressful situations. Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints. Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision. Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skills. Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.
