Description We are seeking a dedicated File Clerk to join our team in the banking industry, based in Miami, Florida. As a File Clerk, your primary role will be the systematic organization and filing of various documents such as letters, invoices, and memoranda. You will also handle general office duties and operate office equipment. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Organizing and filing of letters, invoices, and other indexed documents within an established system Handling general office duties to ensure smooth operations Operating various office equipment as required Responding to and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner Accurately processing customer credit applications Maintaining accurate customer credit records Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary Answering telephones professionally and courteously Undertaking some data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate records Utilizing your customer service experience and word processing skills to enhance office efficiency and customer service. Requirements Proven experience in a CSR or Customer Service role within the banking sector Proficiency in using Microsoft Word for document creation, editing, and management Familiarity with the banking industry's standards, policies, and procedures Proven ability to maintain and organize a complex filing system Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and team collaboration High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification required.
