Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Graphic Designer in Miami, Florida. The individual will be an integral part of our team, responsible for creating visually appealing designs for a variety of mediums, maintaining brand consistency across all design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Responsibilities: Develop visually appealing designs for a range of mediums, including print and digital materials Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and objectives Ensure brand consistency across all design projects Resize, edit, and create files as required Maintain and update the company website(s) with regular changes/updates Create e-blasts graphics and gifs, manage weekly & monthly newsletters Archive data and e-file images within data library Develop vector original artworks and create mockups Carry out other administrative duties as assigned Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout design. Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a Graphic Designer role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Experience in creating advertisements, banner ads, brochures, and brand awareness campaigns. Knowledge of design controls. Proficiency in Photoshop Illustrator. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability to follow project guidelines and meet specified deadlines. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred. A strong portfolio demonstrating past work experience and relevant, user-centered design solutions.
