Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a skilled HR Generalist in the heart of Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities that are critical to our industry, including recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining updated files. As our HR Generalist, your primary duties will revolve around HR administration, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities: Conducting recruitment processes to acquire new talent Managing onboarding procedures for new hires Ensuring up-to-date maintenance of all employee files Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for HR management Operating ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for efficient data transfer Employing Ceridian and Dayforce for workforce management Overseeing benefit functions to ensure employee satisfaction Facilitating clear communication within the organization Ensuring compliance with FMLA and other relevant regulations Managing overall Human Resources (HR) Administration tasks. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, an essential requirement for efficient financial management and operations. Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now, a comprehensive platform for workforce management. Expertise in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, crucial for managing data traffic and network services. Proficiency in using Ceridian for streamlined HR processes and tasks. Experience with Dayforce for effective workforce management and real-time access to data. Knowledge of Benefit Functions, essential for managing and administering employee benefits. Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and to convey HR policies clearly. Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR, crucial for ensuring the organization's adherence to laws and regulations. Experience in Employee Relations to manage the relationship between the employer and employees, resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment. Proficiency in managing FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) requests, crucial for ensuring legal compliance and supporting employee welfare. Solid experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
