Description Immediate Opening for an HR Manager in DoralThis third generation company is a reputable leader in SFL providing municipality and private services related to construction and paving of highways or large private grounds. And hiring a Human Resources Manager to the team!Salary $90-$110,000 + Bonus DiscretionaryBenefits: Full Package: Insurance, PTO/Vacation, Holidays; 401k and otherSchedule Mon-Fri; Onsite; within 7am-6pm fluctuating to be available for 2 shifts of field workersKeys to this Role:

Experience as an HR Mgr. and with manual Payroll

Construction or related knowledge of FDOT certified payroll submittals

Bilingual in English and Spanish

The Human Resources Manager performs Generalist duties supporting 250 employees and including manual Payroll. Ensures employee files are up to date, other compliance, onboarding/terminations, benefits, 401k, audits and submittal of Certified Payroll to FDOT on projects.

Maintains open door policy to field and office employees answering general questions and for payroll and other Employee relations

Enforces Handbook Policy and other regulations issued by the Department of Labor

Oversees Payroll and a clerk assisting with processing; and compliance of submittal of certified payrolls prevailing wage rate tables including subcontractor's

Benefits including review of vendors and plans; 401K contributions; Open enrollment

Assistance with Hiring process including recruitment, screening and onboarding

Administration and compliance of W2s, 940’s and 941’s, 5500’s, EEO-1, ERISA; employee files/ status changes, new hires, salary increases, terminations and reviews
