Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure.
Configure and manage server operating systems, including Windows Server and Linux distributions.
Manage and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Configure and manage storage systems, including SAN and NAS solutions.
Implement and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor infrastructure performance and troubleshoot issues to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats and unauthorized access.
Document infrastructure configurations, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.
Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff as needed.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend new solutions or enhancements to improve infrastructure.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
4-7 years of experience in infrastructure engineering roles, with a strong technical proficiency in infrastructure technologies.
Experience with server operating systems such as Windows Server and Linux.
Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper-V.
Experience with storage systems such as SAN and NAS solutions.
Familiarity with network infrastructure components, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
