Description We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Miami This role involves maintaining and analyzing inventory records, managing customer delivery documents, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders such as brokers, installations, and surveyors.Responsibilities: Engage in daily communication with on-site field managers to record and reconcile day-to-day inventory counts. Handle receiving, confirmation, approval, and logging of Bill of Lading (BL’s). Prepare month-end reports documenting inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data to assist the finance department. Create weekly/monthly reports documenting the shipping and delivery of orders. Oversee customer delivery documents and reporting such as traceability, survey reports, shipping documents, etc. Perform order entry of BLs into ERP systems like SAP. Conduct inventory analysis of product inventory. Assist in root cause analysis on inventory inaccuracies to identify reasons for variances. Maintain and track contracts and data.Skills required in this role include proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, IBM AS/400, JDA, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, About Time, Accounting Functions, Customer Service, Discrepancy, and Logistics.Requirements Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Experience with IBM AS/400 and JDA Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and About Time software Strong understanding of Accounting Functions Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to identify and resolve Discrepancy issues Extensive knowledge of Logistics in the context of Wholesale Distribution Ability to work in a team and independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.Please apply online or contact 305-504-5029 BrendaRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
