Description We are offering a contract-to-hire opportunity for an Inventory Analyst in the Wholesale Distribution industry located in Miami This role involves maintaining and analyzing inventory records, managing customer delivery documents, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders such as brokers, installations, and surveyors.Responsibilities: Engage in daily communication with on-site field managers to record and reconcile day-to-day inventory counts. Handle receiving, confirmation, approval, and logging of Bill of Lading (BL’s). Prepare month-end reports documenting inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data to assist the finance department. Create weekly/monthly reports documenting the shipping and delivery of orders. Oversee customer delivery documents and reporting such as traceability, survey reports, shipping documents, etc. Perform order entry of BLs into ERP systems like SAP. Conduct inventory analysis of product inventory. Assist in root cause analysis on inventory inaccuracies to identify reasons for variances.
