Description Well respected full service law firm known for diversity and excellence is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join a fast-paced, dynamic legal team for its Miami office (hybrid). This attorney will be responsible for:
Draft legal documents, respond to discovery, and prepare motions.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials.
Attend court hearings and manage cases from start to finish.
Law firm provides a competitive salary with discretionary year-end bonus plus fully paid employee health insurance; 16 days PTO, increasing with tenure, 401K plan. and 1950 billable hour annual requirement. 2+ years of civil litigation experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
