DescriptionRegional law firm is expanding and is hiring a litigation legal secretary with 2+ years experience for its downtown Miami law firm. This litigation legal secretary will be responsible for scheduling hearings, depositions, mediations, preparing files for hearings and trials, maintaining outlook calendar appointments and travel arrangements. Law firm offers a relaxed and nice work environment along with full benefits and paid parking. Hours are 8:30-5pm or 9-5:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch. Litigation legal secretary will have 2+ years of law firm experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, state/federal court rules and e-filing
