Description Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Owner Relations Coordinator for our esteemed client located in the vibrant downtown Miami area. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless communication and satisfaction of property owners, contributing to the overall success of the organization.Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Maintain and update owner records and databases with meticulous attention to detail.

Coordinate and facilitate communication between owners and various internal departments.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to owner relations.

Organize and participate in owner meetings and events, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.

Monitor and manage owner feedback, implementing improvements and escalating concerns as necessary.

Support the management team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or client relations role, ideally within the real estate or property management sector.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to handle challenging situations with grace and professionalism.
