Description We are in search of a Procurement Manager to join our team located in Miami, Florida. The chosen candidate will play a significant role in managing the procurement processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This role will be heavily involved in strategic decision-making related to procurement and will be expected to leverage their skills in 3M, Coupa, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, About Time, and Budget Processes.Responsibilities: Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking Assess, manage, and mitigate risks Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers Determine quantity and timing of deliveries Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.Interested candidates please apply and contact Stefanie Furniss 786-897-7903 via Text Requirements Must possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a Procurement Manager role or similar Proficiency in procurement software such as 3M, Coupa, and About Time Experience with CRM and ERP Solutions is essential Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is required Must have a strong understanding of buying processes and budget processes Excellent customer service skills are required Experience with invoice processing and management Must have excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to procurement strategies Must have strong decision-making skills and the ability to handle pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Must have a bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field Professional certifications in procurement will be an advantage Ability to work in a team and manage a team effectively Must have excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity Ability to strategize and solve problems Attention to detail and mathematical skills Ability to manage supplier relations Strong time management skills.Interested candidates please apply and contact Stefanie Furniss 786-897-7903 via Text Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
