RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Coordinator in Miami, FL.
Duties:
Project Coordinator will work within our team to plan and execute fast moving short and long-term business projects; Highly proficient in written and verbal communication to communicate with business teams and experience coordinating remote teams
Developing project plans, manage budgets; and conducting risk management
Project Coordinator will be developing schedules and methods for measuring results
Guiding and performing requirements analysis for the project
Organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
As a Project Coordinator, you will assemble and coordinate project team members; Assigning individual responsibilities
Conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate project services and implementation
The main tasks of this role are: Tracking Project Financials, maintaining up to date travel requirements per vessel and country, logistics, inventory management, resource management, ability to facilitate boarding and manifest management, coordinating travel in support of a multi-national team, ability to work closely with team members in a frantic and fast paced intense environment
REQUIREMENTS:
This role should be able to travel extensively 50%+
To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
