Job Title: Project ManagerJob Description:We are currently seeking a Project Manager for a $4.7 million project in the Miami, FL area. While plumbing experience is not required, some level of construction or engineering experience or education is necessary. This role involves overseeing all construction aspects of the site and providing weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports for project progress. You will also handle change orders, payables, contract changes and provide instruction to 1-2 Superintendents on site. Experience or education in construction/engineering
Ability to oversee all construction aspects of a site
Proficient in providing project progress reports
Knowledgeable in handling change orders, payables, and contract changes
Experience in instructing on-site personnel
Soft Skills:
Ability to use a computer & Excel (each client uses different software but we can provide training if you can use a computer)
Excellent communication skills
Work Environment:The work location is on site at the project location, in the office. This position can provide a hybrid schedule.Additional Skills & Qualifications:A degree is not required, but if you do not have a degree, there needs to be 2+ years of relevant experience.
