Description We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our team in Miami, Florida. This role involves managing property-related activities and providing exceptional service to our tenants. This is a contract to hire employment opportunity that offers a chance to work on-site at a new property.Responsibilities Manage and oversee the leasing process, including showing units and answering inquiries from potential tenants Ensure efficient operation of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance Utilize accounting software systems to manage accounts payable and receivable, as well as other accounting functions Maintain and update tenant records in the CRM system Use Kardin and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne for property management tasks Handle billing functions and budget processes effectively Resolve tenant issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with the team to ensure the property is well-maintained and attractive to potential tenants Use ADP - Financial Services for managing financial operations related to property management. Requirements Proven experience in a Property Administrator role or similar capacity within the real estate sector Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services Familiarity with CRM systems, JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, and Kardin Solid understanding of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience handling billing functions and managing budget processes Knowledge of property management principles and best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities with an eye for detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of integrity and professionalism Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
