Description Reputable and dynamic law firm located on Brickell is seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their tenured team and contribute to their continued success. You will be working with the real estate team who handles complex real estate matters involving acquisitions and development of office buildings, shopping centers, warehouses and residential communities. Responsible for handling real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Assist attorney in the preparation of loan and closing documents (deeds, settlement
statements, and lender loan documents).
Order title commitments and satisfy all commitment requirements
Prepare loan package for closing
Prepare all sale disbursements
Record all documents
Perform all post-closing title work

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a paralegal, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
