Responsibilities:
You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make
Greeting and assisting visitors, personnel, and customers in a calm and professional manner
Answering calls in a timely manner, taking messages and relaying accurately to appropriate individuals
Comfortable utilizing Microsoft Teams as a method of communication
Required - Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish, speaking, writing, reading
Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Ability to exert up to 15 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
Assist with uniform returns and maintaining a clean, organized lobby and training room
Collaborating with the HR department with uniform returns
Collaborating with the Recruiting department with candidate applications and backgrounds
Assist the Senior Leadership with projects
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a reliablevehicle.
Good customer service skills
Must have a security License.
Computer Knowledge skills
Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish
Be at least 21 years of age
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
