HCL Technologies is looking for a

Solution Architect with experience in design, implementation and support of Manhattan's Supply Chain Process Platform (SCPP), which includes Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF), WMOS slotting software and Solr search.

Roles & Responsibilities
•To be an integral member of our Warehouse Application team, responsible for the design, implementation and support of Manhattan's Supply Chain Process Platform (SCPP), which includes Manhattan Integration Framework (MIF), WMOS slotting software and Solr search. Working with cross-functional teams, the candidate will participate in collecting and documenting operational needs to meet business expectations.
•Ensure that projects are following the correct processes.
•Lead the implementation, from start to finish, of the Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) within company distribution facilities.
•Evaluate and plan that the correct resources are assigned to the implementation team.
•Provide leadership within the implementation team for the validation and completion of the entire process.
•Work with the design team to make sure all documentation is up to date and of the quality needed and follows the SDLC process.
•Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure that systems support the organization's business requirements and meet the needs of end users.
•Ensure that the design of the solution is sound and provides what is required. Ensure support resources have appropriate training and documentation to resolve issues.
•Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply chain systems.
•Keep communications flowing between various systems and operations team during the projects.
•Understand the details of the overall implementation and requirements to ensure a complete end-to-end solution.
•Work with implementation and program management teams to transition new customer and development projects into normal day to day activities.
•Develop an in-depth understanding of the business processes or technologies in area(s) of assignment.
•Establish and maintain strong working relationships with co-workers, the business community, external customers, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
•Stay up-to-date on current and future warehouse execution technologies, capabilities and trends.
•Evaluate resources on the project and provide feedback to management about performance, training and other action required.
•Work to establish, maintain, and update strategy (methodology, processes, standards, tools, services) used in implementing supply chain systems.
•Follow corporate vision, mission and values in daily activities. Follow the highest ethical standards in all activities undertaken.
•To handle RFP and Presales activity

Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in related field preferred and 9 - 12 years of relevant experience.
•9-12 years of experience supporting or implementing Manhattan WMOS WMS systems is required.
•Strong operational knowledge and understanding of Warehouse Management.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
•Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms such as UNIX and/or Linux servers and Oracle relational databases preferred.
•Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL for application development
•Mandatory Experience Manhattan WMOS

Interpersonal Skills
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks, and collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver in tight timelines
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
