The CRM Specialist will support the execution, optimization, and performance of customer relationship marketing efforts across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging for Telemundo's streaming platforms. Reporting to the Director of Audience Development, this role involves planning and managing data-driven campaigns, writing and editing Spanish-language copy, coordinating creative assets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business and audience objectives.Job Duties:Support operation, execution, and performance optimizations of all CRM activity including email campaigns, push notifications, and in-app messaging.Communicate often with other teams to identify monthly priorities and opportunities for CRM efforts.Build data-driven monthly CRM promotion plans by incorporating Telemundo app priorities, business objectives, and audience performance insights.Manage creative requests for all campaigns and coordinate the timely and accurate execution of all assets.Write/edit copy in Spanish for all CRM campaigns, including email, push and in app in accordance with current audience development strategyActively monitor CRM promotion across all platforms to ensure consistent, compliant, and relevant messaging.Approve final proof for email campaigns (copy, content and links).Partner with ops, product, and audience teams to understand behaviors across all channels and identify opportunities for CRM to enhance engagement and deliver consistent and dynamic content.Develop an overall understanding of audience strategy to optimize campaigns and targeting.Manage CRM Asset Delivery Workbook to keep track of all completed deliveries and pending items.Work under the direct supervision of the Audience Development Director and be responsible for completing any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
