Stock Assistant Store ManagerAs the Stock Assistant Store Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the store team while successfully executing the company’s vision and values under the direction of the Store Manager. You will lead and supervise the day-to-day operations of the stockroom, including the processing of shipment within 24 hours, maintaining an organized stockroom and the flow of merchandise to the floor. Contributetomaximizing store sales by managing a well-organizedstockroom andaefficiently operated flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
Responsible for ensuring that the store’s inventory integrity is maintained through proper shipping and receiving procedures and by communicating concerns to the Store Manager.
Motivate stock associates byproviding direct coaching, feedback,training,and supervision in stockroom operations.
Inspire a consumer centric mindset by modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with customers for the teams to emulate.
Demonstrateclear communication, training, and coaching.
Set expectations ofstockroom directives, store policies and procedures.
Ensure the store team has the knowledge and skills to meet stockroom goals and operations.
Meet and exceed sales results and business goals.

Skills for Success What you bring:
3+ yearsof related professional/retailmanagementexperience
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
Ability to meet store goals by driving results through store teams
Ability to strategically maintain organization in a fast-moving area of the store
Proven ability to coach and motivate a team to excel,
proven communication skills,
Ability to be solution oriented, flexible, and able to work in a fast-pacedenvironment.
