Description Robert Half is hiring a VP of FP& A/Sr. for a client within the energy industry. This role is hybrid in Brickell Miami, FL. Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all accounting functions Use Adaptive Insights and Anaplan for various business operations Apply CRM and Data Mining Techniques for effective customer relationship management and data analysis Show proficiency in EPM for enterprise performance management Manage the organization's annual budget and budget processes Collaborate closely with the business unit for coordinated operations Perform capital management duties Possess a thorough understanding of projects and their execution Lead a small team of 2-4 individuals Exhibit strong experience in cash handling and management Be adaptable to various software and applications Effectively navigate through challenging organizational situations Maintain a positive and detail-oriented attitude in the workplaceRequirements Proven experience with Adaptive Insights software Proficiency in using Anaplan for planning and performance management Demonstrable skills in CRM systems management and optimization Familiarity with data mining techniques for business insights Proficiency in EPM tools for enterprise performance management A strong understanding and ability to execute accounting functions Experience in annual budget preparation and management Knowledge of budget processes and financial forecasting Experience working with different business units and understanding their financial needs Proficiency in capital management strategies and techniques Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
