Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 in Miami, Florida. The primary function of this role revolves around ensuring that our building spaces are optimally arranged and maintained to augment the experience of all users. The Workplace Experience Ambassador 3 will engage with a broad spectrum of teams and will be accountable for delivering superior customer service.Responsibilities: Offer superior customer service to both internal and external visitors. Take charge of all front house services and appropriately handle incoming queries. Organize and aid with the physical arrangement of events and meeting areas, including furniture signage and equipment. Keep track of and update daily records of space and room reservations as well as maintain current event calendars. Extend support to other facilities team services as needed. Exhibit excellent communication skills to customers at all levels, both written and verbal. Demonstrate self-motivation with an efficient and confident attitude. Collaborate effectively with other team members and represent the team as an ambassador. Exhibit detail-oriented and organized behavior. Display proficiency in PC operation with the ability to manage daily activities using various platforms. Deliver concierge services and cater to hospitality needs. Requirements Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service, with the ability to interact professionally and productively with all levels of employees Strong Planning skills, with a focus on coordinating various workplace activities and events Experience with Receptionist Duties, including managing incoming calls and visitor traffic Proficiency in Facility management, ensuring the workplace is safe, clean, and well-maintained Proven ability in Calendar Management, scheduling and rescheduling appointments effectively Ability to handle Queries promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information to employees Experience in Catering management, coordinating food and beverage services for workplace events Knowledge of PC OS, with the ability to troubleshoot basic computer issues Familiarity with Concierge Services, providing assistance to employees as needed.
